Through this confidential communication channel, any stakeholder (employees, collaborators, customers, suppliers, etc.) can make a complaint about non-compliance with bad practices.
For effective management:
- Explain in detail the facts.
- Identify the person(s) involved with the reported behaviour or with knowledge of it.
- Time at which the event occurred or has been occurring.
- Provide, if deemed necessary, documents, files or other information deemed relevant to the assessment and resolution of the communication.
